Common questions
(FAQ)01.What am I actually buying?
A license to use specific images in specific places for an agreed period. ROQA retains copyright and you get the use you paid for, in writing.
02.Do you ever sell the copyright?
Not as standard. Buyouts are possible on request, priced separately, because a buyout ends the image's life everywhere else.
03.What is the Single Image License?
The entry package, built for market vendors and small businesses that need one strong image: one photograph, banner and digital use. A Community Partner Rate exists for vendors at market scale. Ask for the current rate.
04.Can you license stills from a shoot you already did for us?
Yes. Stills captured alongside a film can be licensed on their own terms, without shooting again.
05.How is this different from commercial spots?
Commercial spots are the ad, directed, shot, and cut as film. Photography licensing is stills, priced by the use rather than the day.
