Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of roqaproductions.com (the "Site") and the information we provide through it (together, the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to them. Client projects are governed by the written agreement signed for that project, not by these terms.

01Use of services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

02Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ROQA™ or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Client work shown on the Site remains the property of the client named with it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

03What you send us

Anything you send through the contact form or by email stays yours. You give us permission to use it to review and respond to your inquiry. You are responsible for making sure it does not violate any law or anyone else's rights.

04Text messages

ROQA Studios print updates. When you send a print order, ROQA Studios texts the mobile number you give about that order: the order confirmation, when your prints are ready, and pickup or shipping details. We email the same updates to the address you give. Reply STOP at any time and we email you instead.

Expect 2 to 5 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and you get one message confirming it. Reply HELP, or email info@roqaproductions.com, for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is covered in our privacy policy.

05Limitation of liability

ROQA™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

06Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after a change is posted means you accept the new terms.
