Privacy policy.
ROQA™ Productions ("ROQA," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and protects the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect when you visit roqaproductions.com or contact us, how we use it, and who helps us handle it.
01Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a brief through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, project type, timing, and the message you write, along with the page you sent it from. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
Usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser type, and country. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Print orders. When you order prints from ROQA Studios, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, your player's first name, team, and jersey details, the games you pick, and how you want the prints delivered, plus a mailing address if you choose mail. We also record when you agreed to order texts and emails, and the exact wording you saw.
02How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and talk through your project
- Send one automatic confirmation that we received your brief
- Provide, operate, and improve our services
- Communicate with you about updates or services. You can opt out at any time.
- Keep the site secure and keep spam out of the contact form
- Understand, in aggregate, how people use the site
03Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as far as each one needs:
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Supabase stores contact form submissions and print orders.
- Telnyx delivers our text messages.
- Google Workspace holds our email, and the spreadsheet and documents we use to review inquiries.
- Cloudflare provides site analytics, and Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot.
04Text messages
When you send a print order, ROQA Studios texts the mobile number and emails the address you give us about that order: the order confirmation, when your prints are ready, and pickup or shipping details. The order form says so above the Send button. Expect 2 to 5 texts per order. Message and data rates may apply. If you reply STOP, we email you instead.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@roqaproductions.com.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider handles your number only to deliver our texts.
05Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own, and its analytics are cookieless.
The site stores one small value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit rather than on every page. It clears when you close the tab.
On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile reads browser and device signals to tell people from bots. You can clear stored site data at any time in your browser settings.
06Data security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

08Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
