The brief
(01)Teach it in a way that survives after we leave. The Creative Pioneers Fellowship turns raw talent into career ready artists. The emphasis was strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, and real world production, so the workshops had to leave behind systems the fellows could run themselves.
How it ran
(02)Fellows took turns filming, watching, and adjusting shots while ROQA broke camera decisions into simple, repeatable steps. Deliverables were a hero film, shorter cuts, vertical social edits, still images, and a full behind the scenes library built for teaching as much as promotion.
Behind the scenes
(BTS)Cut from the footage captured while the fellows were learning on the job.
The fellows
(Stills)Shot on location in North Minneapolis during the fellowship.

We teach the crew while we shoot the film.
Production that leaves a team more capable than it found them.
